From the Ground Up is now showing on Shaw Cable 10 at at 7:30 a.m. weekdays, 9:30 a.m. on weekends, and 7 p.m. Saturday evening. However, this changes based on other special programming going on, so the best way to keep track of when the show is airing is to check the weekly schedule (towards the bottom of the page).
