Edmonton’s oldest community newspaper entered the world of social media when I became Editor in 2006. Since then, the paper has increased its readership and awareness-raising of inner city issues through X (formerly Twitter), a Facebook page, and Instagram. Unfortunately, due to Meta blocking news in Canada, the Facebook and Instagram sites are not currently updated.

Alberta Labour History Institute
ALHI’s website was in need of a major overhaul, with a focus on the organization’s extensive library of information combined with a clean design that is easy to navigate. This is a work that is still in progress, but ALHI is pleased with the results so far! Assistance is also being given to ALHI’s Facebook page.
