Learn about Edmonton Jewish stories during project launch

Jewish Edmonton Stories Online (JESO) is a project for visitors to learn and connect with the stories and places of the Jewish community’s past and present. JESO maps important places in Edmonton’s Jewish history, and documents stories from people in the community who have connections to these places.

Supported by the Edmonton Heritage Council, JAHSENA, and the Jewish Federation of Edmonton, the team behind JESO have spent the last year interviewing members of the Jewish community, editing videos and transcripts, and building a website that connects these storytellers with the places they discuss. The website is launching on Monday, November 8.
